Entering the Matchup
Western Michigan (1-1): The Broncos come into this week battle-tested. They opened their season with a heartbreaker, narrowly missing a massive upset against Michigan in a 13-12 defensive slugfest, before bouncing back in a dominant 49-14 showing against Monmouth. WMU’s defense has looked formidable early on, and they will look to impose that physical identity down in Houston.
